            Kilpailun peruuntuminen tai siirtyminen<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Kilpailun peruuntuessa tai siirtyess\u00e4 toiseen ajankohtaan 30.6.2024 menness\u00e4, palautetaan maksetut maksut t\u00e4ysim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isin\u00e4 v\u00e4hennettyn\u00e4 k\u00e4sittelykuluilla 20 \u20ac\/tilaus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Force Majeure ja vapauttamisperusteet<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • wmoc.fi vapautuu sek\u00e4 velvoitteistaan tarjota palveluita ett\u00e4 kaikista korvausvelvollisuuksista peruutuksen johdosta, jos palveluiden tarjoamatta j\u00e4tt\u00e4minen johtuu vapauttamisperusteista. Vapauttamisperusteeksi (force majeure) katsotaan sellainen sopimuksen syntymisen j\u00e4lkeen sattunut ep\u00e4tavallinen ja asiaan vaikuttava tapahtuma, jota sopimuspuolen ei ole syyt\u00e4 ottaa huomioon sopimusta teht\u00e4ess\u00e4 ja joka on sopimuspuolista riippumaton, tai jonka vaikutusta ei voida kohtuudella v\u00e4ltt\u00e4\u00e4 tai voittaa. T\u00e4llainen tapahtuma voi olla esim. sota, kapina, valuuttarajoitukset, lains\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6kset ja viranomaism\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ykset, luonnonmullistus, vakava epidemia, yleisen liikenteen, tietoliikenteen, energiajakelun tai vedenjakelun keskeytys, k\u00e4ytt\u00f6voiman rajoitukset, ty\u00f6selkkaus, tulipalo, vesivahingo tai kolmannelta osapuolelta hankittujen palveluiden viallisuus tai viiv\u00e4styminen tai taikka muu vaikutuksiltaan vastaava ja ep\u00e4tavallinen sopijapuolista riippumaton syy sek\u00e4 alihankkijan toimituksissa olevat virheet taikka viiv\u00e4stykset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Cancellation rules, accommodation services

                • In case of cancellation, the accommodation price is non-refundable<\/li>\n
                • The right of accommodation can be transferred to another person by informing in advance by email to info@wmoc.fi<\/li>\n
                • Additional services ordered in connection with accommodation can be canceled free of charge until June 30, 2024<\/li>\n
                • If the service cannot be implemented because the minimum number of participants is not met, the payment will be returned in full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Cancellation rules \/ smoke sauna, regular sauna & showers
                  \n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • In case of cancellation, the price is non-refundable<\/li>\n

                      Travel Package Act
                      \n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                      • The services offered are not travel packages or combined travel arrangements within the meaning of the Travel Package Act (Act on Travel Package Combinations 901\/2017). Because of this, the general terms and conditions of wmoc.fi are not valid as such.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Cancellation or postponement of the competition
                        \n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                        • If the competition is canceled or moved to another date by June 30, 2024, the paid fees will be returned in full, minus processing costs of 20\u20ac\/order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Force Majeure and exemption grounds
                          \n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                          • wmoc.fi is released both from its obligations to provide services and from all compensation obligations due to cancellation, if the non-providing of services is due to grounds for release. A force majeure is considered to be an unusual and affecting event that occurred after the conclusion of the contract, which the contracting party has no reason to take into account when concluding the contract and which is independent of the contracting party, or the effect of which cannot reasonably be avoided or overcome. Such an event can be e.g. war, rebellion, currency restrictions, legal regulations and official regulations, natural disaster, serious epidemic, interruption of public transport, telecommunications, energy distribution or water distribution, restrictions on operating power, labor dispute, fire, water damage or malfunction or delay of services acquired from a third party, or other a similar and unusual cause independent of the contracting party, as well as errors or delays in the subcontractor’s deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
