Peruutusehdot / majoituspalvelut

Matkapakettilaki
- Tarjotut palvelut eivät ole matkapakettilain (Laki matkapalveluyhdistelmistä 901/2017) tarkoittamia matkapaketteja eivätkä yhdistettyjä matkajärjestelyjä. Tämän takia wmoc.fi:n yleiset sopimusehdot eivät sellaisenaan ole voimassa.
Kilpailun peruuntuminen tai siirtyminen
- Kilpailun peruuntuessa tai siirtyessä toiseen ajankohtaan 30.6.2024 mennessä, palautetaan maksetut maksut täysimääräisinä vähennettynä käsittelykuluilla 20 €/tilaus.
Force Majeure ja vapauttamisperusteet
- wmoc.fi vapautuu sekä velvoitteistaan tarjota palveluita että kaikista korvausvelvollisuuksista peruutuksen johdosta, jos palveluiden tarjoamatta jättäminen johtuu vapauttamisperusteista. Vapauttamisperusteeksi (force majeure) katsotaan sellainen sopimuksen syntymisen jälkeen sattunut epätavallinen ja asiaan vaikuttava tapahtuma, jota sopimuspuolen ei ole syytä ottaa huomioon sopimusta tehtäessä ja joka on sopimuspuolista riippumaton, tai jonka vaikutusta ei voida kohtuudella välttää tai voittaa. Tällainen tapahtuma voi olla esim. sota, kapina, valuuttarajoitukset, lainsäännökset ja viranomaismääräykset, luonnonmullistus, vakava epidemia, yleisen liikenteen, tietoliikenteen, energiajakelun tai vedenjakelun keskeytys, käyttövoiman rajoitukset, työselkkaus, tulipalo, vesivahingo tai kolmannelta osapuolelta hankittujen palveluiden viallisuus tai viivästyminen tai taikka muu vaikutuksiltaan vastaava ja epätavallinen sopijapuolista riippumaton syy sekä alihankkijan toimituksissa olevat virheet taikka viivästykset.

Cancellation rules, accommodation services
- In case of cancellation, the accommodation price is non-refundable
- The right of accommodation can be transferred to another person by informing in advance by email to info@wmoc.fi
- Additional services ordered in connection with accommodation can be canceled free of charge until June 30, 2024
- If the service cannot be implemented because the minimum number of participants is not met, the payment will be returned in full
Cancellation rules / smoke sauna, regular sauna & showers
- In case of cancellation, the price is non-refundable
- Sauna rights can be transferred to another person by informing in advance by email to info@wmoc.fi
- Additional services ordered in connection with the sauna reservation can be canceled free of charge until June 30, 2024
- If the service cannot be implemented because the minimum number of participants is not met, the payment will be returned in full

Travel Package Act
- The services offered are not travel packages or combined travel arrangements within the meaning of the Travel Package Act (Act on Travel Package Combinations 901/2017). Because of this, the general terms and conditions of wmoc.fi are not valid as such.
Cancellation or postponement of the competition
- If the competition is canceled or moved to another date by June 30, 2024, the paid fees will be returned in full, minus processing costs of 20€/order.
Force Majeure and exemption grounds
- wmoc.fi is released both from its obligations to provide services and from all compensation obligations due to cancellation, if the non-providing of services is due to grounds for release. A force majeure is considered to be an unusual and affecting event that occurred after the conclusion of the contract, which the contracting party has no reason to take into account when concluding the contract and which is independent of the contracting party, or the effect of which cannot reasonably be avoided or overcome. Such an event can be e.g. war, rebellion, currency restrictions, legal regulations and official regulations, natural disaster, serious epidemic, interruption of public transport, telecommunications, energy distribution or water distribution, restrictions on operating power, labor dispute, fire, water damage or malfunction or delay of services acquired from a third party, or other a similar and unusual cause independent of the contracting party, as well as errors or delays in the subcontractor’s deliveries

3. Place for own tent, Long Final / Fin5 public race, stage 5., Thu-Sat 8.-10.8.2024, 1 night / 2 nights
Tent accommodation in your own tents at the Kunstenniemi camp center in Rymättylä in a beautiful archipelago landscape by the sea. Distance from the camp center to the Long Final arena is 6 km, driving time 9 min. A tent pitch can be booked either for a Thursday-Friday night, a Friday-Saturday night or for two nights Thursday-Saturday.
Price : 10 €/tent/night + 5 € person/night
Tent area services
- A dining canopy with a wood-burning stove for own food preparation.
- Showers and toilets in the washroom of the camp center, the distance from the tent area to the washroom is 420 m.

- Smoke sauna Fri 9.8.2024, 13.00-16.00: at a reduced price of 30 € when ordering in connection with the accommodation reservation (norm. 35 €)
- Orienteering map, Kunstenniemi, 1:5000 / 5 m / 2009., also including map plastic. (Opportunity for your own training in the type terrain of the long final. There are no controls on the terrain. The scale of the map differs from the scale of the competition map.) : 3 €
- Possibility to charge phones : 5 €/tent community/night (*)
(*) The price entitles the tent community to charge one device at a time (e.g. phone or backup power source) with their own chargers at the common charging point in the tent area. There is no electricity at the tent spots.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the canteen of the camp center. Breakfast time starts at 08:00 on Friday and ends at 08:30. Breakfast time on Saturday starts at 08:30 and ends at 09:00. Dinner time starts both on Thursday and Friday at 17:00 and ends at 17:30. Walking distance from the tent area to the canteen through the forest 200 m, along the road 600 m.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: Thu 8.8. from 14.00
- Check-in: Fri 9.8. from 14.00
- Check-out: Fri 9.8 by 13.00
- Check-out: Sat 10.8 by 11.00
If you book a tent spot for two nights, Thu-Sat, you don’t have to check in and out on Friday, but you have the same tent spot for both nights.
Tent area rules:
- Smoking is prohibited, excluding designated smoking areas
- The use of alcohol is prohibited in the entire camp center area
- Appearing intoxicated in the camp center area is prohibited
- Silence in the camp center area and tent area from 23:00 to 06:30
- Car parking in the parking area of the camp center. Walking distance from the parking lot to the tent area through the forest along the path 270 m., along the road 580 m.
- If necessary, the guests must be able to prove their identity, in order to detect possible unauthorized persons and to guarantee the safety of the tent area.

4. Smoke sauna & swimming, Long Final / Fin5 public race, stage 5, Fri 9.8.2024, Kunstenniemi
Sauna to wash away the sweat and dust of the race week in the old smoke sauna of the Kunstenniemi camp center. Distance from the Long Final arena to the camp center is 6 km, driving time 9 min. This sauna is heated very rarely, at most only a few times a year, so the opportunity is almost unique.
Price : 35 €/person
There are no showers in the sauna. There is a water boiler in the sauna’s washroom, where you can get warm water for washing. You can also swim in the sea from the sauna.
The sauna is available on Friday 9.8.2024 from 13:00 to 16:00

Rules for the smoke sauna:
- Car parking in the parking area of the camp center. Walking distance from the parking lot to the smoke sauna is 400 m.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited both in the sauna and in the entire camp center area.
- Appearing intoxicated in the camp center area is prohibited
- It is a mixed sauna. Swimming trunks/swimsuits must be worn in the sauna.
- In order to detect possible unauthorized persons, the competitor must be able to prove his/her identity when asked.
The service will be implemented if at least 15 people order the service by 30.6.2024.
